Space For Kidz (the "App") is an educational Augmented Reality (AR) mobile application published by Prime Studios LLC ("Publisher," "we," "us," or "our") and owned by the City of Kent, Washington ("Owner"). Designed to inspire youth interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education and careers, the App complements the space-themed play elements at Kherson Park (located at 307 W Gowe St, Kent, WA 98032), celebrating Kent's historical role in NASA's Apollo lunar missions.
We are fully committed to safeguarding the privacy of young learners and their families. This Privacy Policy details our data processing practices in full compliance with the Google Play Designed for Families / Families Policy, the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / GDPR-K), and applicable state privacy standards.
Our fundamental commitment is data minimization. Space For Kidz does not require user registration, account creation, or input of personal identifiers.
The App requires access to your device's camera to render interactive 3D space objects and educational AR experiences in real-world environments.
Although the App is intended for enhanced interactive fun at Kherson Park in downtown Kent, WA, the App does not request, track, transmit, or store precise GPS location data. Location coordinates are neither collected nor shared.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, user photos, or personal audio recordings. Furthermore, we do not collect, transmit, or access the Android Advertising ID (AAID) or any persistent device identifiers for behavioral profiling or advertising.
Space For Kidz was built using the Unity Game Engine (provided by Unity Technologies) to deliver interactive 3D rendering and AR capabilities.
Unity Engine Runtime: Unity may process basic, non-personal technical device specifications (such as device hardware model, screen resolution, operating system version, and system language) strictly as necessary to render graphics, maintain application stability, and support internal operations. Any diagnostic or diagnostic runtime data processed by Unity operates under strict compliance with Google Play’s child-directed SDK standards and COPPA standards for supporting internal operations.
